We haven't been looking very good the last few games....successful yes, but not very good. The defense has struggled at times, while the turnovers and dropped balls could potentially cost us a game.. I'll take it for what it is..a very ugly win with some luck along the way.

First of all, "pride" is something you feel when you accomplish something.
I have not accomplished absolutely anything in the 8-0 start, and none of the players are my kids that I know of...

Second, the Titans really started 10-0 and did lose in the playoffs.
The Colts started 13-0 and lost in the playoffs as well.
Of the last 10 teams who started at least 8-0, they are the only 2 teams not make the SB.

And I don't know how long have you been a Saints fan, but remember all the lucky bounces and calls the Whiners got when they ruled the 1980's; remember all the calls/lucky bounces the Cowboys got during the 90's, or the Pats this decade. They won ugly along the way of their SB years.

'Cause the simple man pays the thrills, the bills and the pills that kill
