Best Hands on the Team....
We all know Lance Moore has the best hands on the team, but who on offense has the next best hands?
Colston hands lately look worse than Devery's. Devery is catching everything. Bush and Shockey look just above average and Meachum is catching just about everything. So who's next after Lance? You can send in write-in votes for other players. How do you measure the best hands...

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
Devery - most improved
Meahcem - most spectacular Colston - not sure but was his hand injured? Shockey - top 5 TE Bush - is it me or does Drew never seem to hit Bush in stride anymore? |

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
most of colstons drops would have been ridiculous catches
i completely understand the drops when he gets hit immediately.....but if he drops wide open passes, like he has a couple times, thats when you need to worry for the record....i voted devery knowing its really shockey.....but the fact that he could even be considered right now is a huge step from where he was 2 years ago |

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
At the moment, I think it's a really tough call between Henderson and Shockey.
Colston seems to be having some problems right now. Hope he can overcome it. He took at least one big hit yesterday where I thought Drew shouldn't have thrown it to him. Some of those throws across the middle can really set up a receiver to get pounded. |

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
Bush is making some great grabs right now. I agree, Brees has been a little off the mark on those dump passes to him. That one handed grab yesterday was just unbelieveable.

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
The really great thing about this year is when a receiver is having an off day like Colston yesterday another one, like Meachem, steps up and has a great day.

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
I think all of them, with the exception of Colston's ghastly performance yesterday, have great hands. I can't remember the last time I saw Devery drop a ball (which by the way, is so awesome and one of the reasons I'm pumped he's still a Saint).
Shockey hasn't dropped many this season, if at all, and has come up with some serious circus catches. Meachem catches every dang ball thrown his way, including tough ones in traffic. And Reggie has been solid this season. He always gets crapped on, but the guy is definitely valuable to this offense and he's really stepped it up the last four or so weeks. That one-handed grab he made last night was unreal. And SaintsFan1976, I noticed the same thing about Brees throwing it to Reggie out of the backfield. Drew always makes accurate throws except when it comes to Reggie. He missed badly on several balls to Reggie last Monday and when he's coming out of the backfield it looks like Reggie has to slow down. |

Re: Best Hands on the Team....
I voted Shockey. Henderson is much improved but Shockey is on his game and looking more like his pro bowl years.
