Colston...
Haven't seen any threads about Colston, but he needs to get his freakin head screwed on straight. Can't catch the ball two weeks ago to save his life and then yesterday he coughs it up out of the end zone, which literally costs the team 7 points.
This team has been making way too many mental mistakes, and Colston has been a big part of that. Drops and fumbles are nothing more than mental mistakes. If we are going to keep winning, we need to start playing with more discipline. |

Re: Colston...
We need to get Lance Moore healthy! Best hands on the team, our Offense is not the same without #16

Re: Colston...
Couple weeks ago he was fighting the flu, maybe a little weak and couldn't make the grabs. The fumble was a stupid idea trying to jump over the guy and his helmet hit the ball. Just needs to put the team's best interest first not personal stats.

Re: Colston...
Did Lance Moore win the "Best Hands after Colston" vote a couple of weeks ago? I hope so...Not the same without him...from Brees, to # of options, to 3rd down conversions, to the offensive rhythm, to the play calling,...should I keep going? Colston has those days - I hate it: not watching it all the way in, can't see it for the background hue at other venues, lapse of concentration, whatever. He normally shines after stinking up the place. I hope he gets mad enough at himself to go off on Tampa, and use that as his bench mark against the Patriots. He'll be OK. I hope he never forgets how things unfolded for him in STL.

Re: Colston...
It didn't help that Bartell was lining up on him the entire game. That guy is better than anyone really knows. If I remember correctly he was SPs first choice in free agency.

Re: Colston...
I wonder if Colston is still not the same after having the flu. He hasn't been extraordinary of late and I hope that he's still recovering and getting stronger. It's awfully hard to concentrate and produce when you don't feel well.
