RB situation

After seeing Ki-Jana Carter I thought we finally had the quality backup we lacked last season. I heard he was cut, although I haven't seen it myself. And good ole Fenderson is on the roster again if I'm not mistaken. I was impressed with Carter, and I don't understand Haslett's reasoning. I DEFINITELY don't understand his infatuation with Fenderson. If anyone out there knows what Haslett's thinking let me and a bunch of other confused fans know!!

they will probably re-sign carter this week, it was a money moved based on cap rules

i don\'t know where you get the idea that haz is \'INFATUATED\' with fenderson, he\'s young, knows the system, and maybe he hasn\'t done anything to get cut

Carter can\'t play special teams and Fenderson has to take up the slack this week because if the injury to Mel Mitchell. Read the Haslett Press Conference Thread- It\'s all in there.

I just haven\'t seen that Fenderson has done anything to turn any heads, and I kinda wonder why they keep him around. I understand why they kept Keaton till this season because of his size and speed. At least it appeared that there was potential there. Fenderson has some quickness, but he seems slow and never really breaks tackles. I thought Ricky Williams(the other one)last season would\'ve been alot better option than Fenderson.

The Associated Press reports the Jacksonville Jaguars have signed free agent RB Chris Fuamatu-Ma\'afala (Steelers). Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

That\'s fine with me. Never wanted him on the team.
