Did the Saints just make a statement or what?
That was one of the most incredible displays of football that I have ever witnessed from a Saints team against a top-notch opponent. Brees was on fire. The defense stepped up to the challenge. It was so great to see McKenzie, THE PREDATOR!, back in action again. He was huge this game when I didn't even think he was going to play. I could go on and on about this team, but I am so wasted and so friggen happy. I will have to conclude this tomorrow.

“I don’t think about how good we’ve been,’’ Brees said. “I think about how good we can be.’’
That is scary for opponents. It just has to be. |

The saints are officially the best team in the nfl. We are the hunted. Forget the colts, forget the
Vikings. We are the best. No question.... Bring it! |

Last night we would have dismantled who ever our opponent was. That was Saints football at its best. Had Ellis hit the deck, and we went up by 21 to start the 3rd quarter, it would have been a total route. What a game!

Bottom line is that we have too many weapons for any D to stop.
All the hype going in last night was how were we going to stop Moss and Welker. NO. How are our opponents going to stop Colston, Henderson, Meachem, Shockey, Thomas and Bell. That is the REAL question. And that is not even mentioning if we get Lance and Reggie back healthy! |
