this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; This is what I see as far as the Saints matching up agains the hawks. 1. Saints D-line vs. Seattle O -line: Advantage Saints. 2. Saints O-line vs. Seattle D-line: Advantage Saints. 3. Saints receivers vs. Seattle secondary: Advantage Saints. ...

Good luck Sunday from Seattle
Anywho, I\'ll play this game..and as I see it I have a few remarks... 1. Saints D-line vs. Seattle O -line: Advantage Saints. How\'s that? Our left side of the line is arguably the best in the NFL. With WJ back it moves Womack back over to the RT (which in turn makes our right side better....) and when Terry arrives game 5 Womack moves back to his natural RG. 5. Duece vs. Shawn Alexendar: Advantage Duece. Again, this doesn\'t even seem relevant...however this is a push. Sorry. It really is. Go check the stats from last season. 9. Saints offense vs. Seattle offense: Advantage Saints. You\'re kidding right? This has GOT to be a push as well. [Edited on 5/9/2003 by largentslovechild] |

Alexander scored 2 more TDs. I think that pushes your 1740 to 1635 yard comparison, even including the one game missed. 116 yard average..1856. It\'s close. It\'s a push. It\'s definitely not an advantage. And I think I\'d be surprised if the majority of your saints fans agreed with you.
See ya sunday. Bring your hats. |

Comparitively speaking, the NFC West is weak, maybe not as weak as the North, but weaker than the South and East. The only competition you guys have is St. Louis, San Francisco does not have a good defense or head coach, and I think we can all agree that until things are shaken up in the desert, Arizona will continue to draft great players, only to see them hit their prime with other teams. |
The waiting drove me mad....
I don't want to hear from those that know... Everything has changed, absolutely nothing's changed Eddie is a....draftnik? |

Largent -- I think Shaun is a very good back. I just feel Duece is better. The stats are close. However, the NFC west is a weak division compared to the NFC South. The 49\'ers are the only team to come out of the west with a winning record. Also, look at the defensive ranking against the run in the NFC south compared to the NFC west. You might dismiss this, but I think it is highly relevant. But if you want to look only at stats -- it would appear to be a push.
I know Grant is going to play and Howard said he was. We\'ll see. I do know your right tackle isn\'t going to play and that\'s a fact. I only wished we played in the NFC West. Try playing the Bucs and Panthers defense twice per yea. The Falcons defense ain\'t bad either. I got my hat.... :P [Edited on 5/9/2003 by BillyCarpenter1] |

Hawks - 31
Saints - 27 The Saints fans are a little bummed, but they end up having a fantastic year - because the members of the board finally get together and (accidentally kill him while trying to pry his overblown head out of his with a 9\' crowbar). And the world rejoices. That boy is an , though the rest of the people actually seem polite and knowledgeable. WhoDat should be sticking a hot pocker in that idiots . He may be obnoxious, but he\'s certainly not pitiable... He\'ll back up what he says ALL day long, right or wrong (we know, he\'s actually done it). BTW: Whats a pocker? |

Maybe he meant a hot pocket. You know like the food? Mr. Hawkfan03, don\'t come in here spewing that crap. I don\'t allow it from the members and I sure as hell ain\'t going to allow it from you. Be nice or be gone!
