This is what I see as far as the Saints matching up agains the hawks.

1. Saints D-line vs. Seattle O -line: Advantage Saints.

2. Saints O-line vs. Seattle D-line: Advantage Saints.

3. Saints receivers vs. Seattle secondary: Advantage Saints.

4. Saints specal teams vs. Seattle special teams: Advantage Saints.

5. Duece vs. Shawn Alexendar: Advantage Duece.

6. Brooks vs. Hasslebeck: Push. But if Brooks runs...Advantage Brooks.

7. Saints secondary vs. Seattle receivers: Advantage Seattle.

8. Saints defense vs. Seattle defense: Push.

9. Saints offense vs. Seattle offense: Advantage Saints.

first off all half of your \"comparisons\" are apples to oranges. So how exactly is that a fair determination of who will win? It\'s not. Deuce vs. Shaun? How does that work? Maybe Deuce vs. Seattle Run D is what you ment? Adv: Deuce btw

Anywho, I\'ll play this game..and as I see it I have a few remarks...

1. Saints D-line vs. Seattle O -line: Advantage Saints.

How\'s that? Our left side of the line is arguably the best in the NFL. With WJ back it moves Womack back over to the RT (which in turn makes our right side better....) and when Terry arrives game 5 Womack moves back to his natural RG.

5. Duece vs. Shawn Alexendar: Advantage Duece.

Again, this doesn\'t even seem relevant...however this is a push. Sorry. It really is. Go check the stats from last season.

9. Saints offense vs. Seattle offense: Advantage Saints.

You\'re kidding right? This has GOT to be a push as well.

Largent -- Welcome. I always enjoy talkng to rival fans. I think you will enjoy your stay here. I\'ll try to make it a comfortable as I can for you.. Anyway, here\'s the answer to your questions.

I made the comparisions not becuase Duece will be competing against Shaun but for the same reason NFL.com compares all the running backs.

Unfortunately for you and the Seahawks the right side of the O-line has to play also and your right tackle is suspended -- Advantage Saints.

5. Duece vs. Shawn Alexendar: Advantage Duece.

I check the stats and Duece rushed for more yards. Duece put up more yards and he missed one game and was hurt in the last 4 games. Advantage - Duece.

9. Saints offense vs. Seattle offense: Advantage Saints.

Nope, I\'m serious as a heart attack. While the Seahawks offense put up some nice numbers -- they play in a weak division and did it against weak teams. The Saints on the other hand play in argueably the toughest division in the NFL.

well then that\'s not a relevant arguement. compare parts all you want, you won\'t truly find the real difference.

Lemme know if your defensive ends miraculously start on Sunday.

Don\'t forget about putting it in the endzone.
Alexander scored 2 more TDs. I think that pushes your 1740 to 1635 yard comparison, even including the one game missed. 116 yard average..1856. It\'s close. It\'s a push. It\'s definitely not an advantage. And I think I\'d be surprised if the majority of your saints fans agreed with you.

We can hardly agree with each other, you think we\'d actually have the capabilities to agree with a fan of another team??? :P While I will agree that the Saints have an overall better offense than the Seahawks (and it ain\'t by much), our defense is not as good as Seattle\'s. And running back is a push, Deuce and Shaun are both poised to have stellar seasons.
Comparitively speaking, the NFC West is weak, maybe not as weak as the North, but weaker than the South and East. The only competition you guys have is St. Louis, San Francisco does not have a good defense or head coach, and I think we can all agree that until things are shaken up in the desert, Arizona will continue to draft great players, only to see them hit their prime with other teams.

The waiting drove me mad....
I don't want to hear from those that know...
Everything has changed, absolutely nothing's changed

Eddie is a....draftnik?

Largent -- I think Shaun is a very good back. I just feel Duece is better. The stats are close. However, the NFC west is a weak division compared to the NFC South. The 49\'ers are the only team to come out of the west with a winning record. Also, look at the defensive ranking against the run in the NFC south compared to the NFC west. You might dismiss this, but I think it is highly relevant. But if you want to look only at stats -- it would appear to be a push.

I know Grant is going to play and Howard said he was. We\'ll see. I do know your right tackle isn\'t going to play and that\'s a fact.

I only wished we played in the NFC West. Try playing the Bucs and Panthers defense twice per yea. The Falcons defense ain\'t bad either.

I got my hat.... :P

Hawks - 31
Saints - 27

The Saints fans are a little bummed, but they end up having a fantastic year - because the members of the board finally get together and (accidentally kill him while trying to pry his overblown head out of his with a 9\' crowbar). And the world rejoices.

He might be a BillyCarpenter, but he\'s our BillyCarpenter...
He may be obnoxious, but he\'s certainly not pitiable...
He\'ll back up what he says ALL day long, right or wrong (we know, he\'s actually done it).

BTW: Whats a pocker?

Funny I was just thinking the same thing about you(obnoxious pitiable excuse for a fool) and the rest of the hawks fans( polite and knowledgeable) with whom I have had no problems discussing the game . Well there is always one.

If anyone here want\'s to talk football with real Hawks fans here is the link, http://seahawks.net/phpBB/phpBB2/index.php they have been great willing to talk , listen and disagree with out sounding like this.

Maybe he meant a hot pocket. You know like the food? Mr. Hawkfan03, don\'t come in here spewing that crap. I don\'t allow it from the members and I sure as hell ain\'t going to allow it from you. Be nice or be gone!
