Congratulations! You targeted the insignificant point of my post to argue! You have won the internet. You may now retire.
If it makes you feel any better, the \"waste of space\" comment was derived from how I view the residents. I\'m sure the countryside is very nice, and wouldn\'t hurt a fly. I give your use of the english language a 9, though your creativity brought your overall score down to a 5. |

Largent -- I hope you did not take my post the wrong way. I admire fans such as yourself. Just keep in mind, it\'s hard for fans in New Orleans to relate to the Seattle fans. We have always stuck by our Saints through the good and the bad. We have read that the Seahawks haven\'t sold out the game tomorrow. Now, Mr. Seahawks fan, I do not wish to hurt your feelings, but we cannnot over look facts here. The fact is, that I have a hard time believing that Seattle is a football town, when they cannot sell out the opening game of the season.
I don\'t follow baseball or basketball like I do football, but I certainly hope that the city of Seattle gives more respect to them than they do the Seahawks. Mr. Seahawk fan, I hope more fans will join you to support your team and I aplogize for what the Saints are going to do to the Seahawks tomorrow. Though you may have lost respect for me already, I have broad shoulders and am more than willing to bear that burden. I can only imagine what it must be like to be from a city that treats it\'s team like a red headed step child that skipped Sunday school. I hope to hear from you tomorrow after the game. PS- Will you be under a new name tomorrow. Perhaps -- MikeVickLoveChild or McNabbLoveChild? Let us know. [Edited on 7/9/2003 by BillyCarpenter1] |

you know hawk03fan...its ignorant fruitless ...just down right craptheic posts like that which makes it down right HARD to get decent communication between two NFL team\'s fans.
Let me do the favor of the Saints readers here by telling you to STFU already. Now...a few observations... 1. Seemed like NO went away from the run mid-game. I\'m sure most of us would agree Seattle\'s Run D really wasn\'t put to the test as much as you\'d like. 2. Turnovers! \'Nuff said. 3. Special Teams. Really wasn\'t all that special on NO\'s part. a few obvious returns in the first half didn\'t happen...thought that was wierd?? Big part of your game that never materialized. Other than that..I thought it was a great game. I\'m estatcic both teams are walking out with little on the injury list to add to.. thanks for the game brothers...good luck with the rest of your season! |

As to the points, #1 is correct, because of #2 as well as penalties. I see no discipline. All you optimistic N.O. fans can argue all you want, but that is the fault of the coaching staff. I didn\'t think it was all that great of a game. But it\'s hard to go ballistic, while on grass and beer. Hasselbeck looked great- would have had a career day, had his recievers been more attentive. How about them LSU Tigers... [Edited on 8/9/2003 by BlackandBlue] |

I agree that Matt had a GOOD day. In the 3rd quarter he seemed to lose focus and started putting balls behind his recievers. Hmmmm maybe he shook hands with Brooks before the game (old teammates and all of that) and it took that long for whatever is wrong with AB to transfer into his system.
Congrats \'Hawks fans, I am going to go work on my McCarthy and AB Voodoo Dolls. |
