Come Monday, Who'd you sign?
Bellamy was a liablity at free safety because he had lost the range and was not an effective tackler one on one. As a strong safety, depending on the defensive scheme, he will not be required to be a big of an impact in coverage and be involved in more assisted tackles than solo. He will probably be a better SS than FS at this point in his career, although he lacks the size to be real SS.

Victor Green - wouldn\'t that be a hoot? Isn\'t he a big hitter without much speed? Sounds a lot like SAMMY KNIGHT to me!

1/10 of what Sammy is making now? I doubt it. And he\'s not as good as Knight, that\'s why he\'s unsigned and Knight has the potential to go to the Pro Bowl this year on what could be the league\'s best defense. Top 3 anyway. Not to mention the 6 years or whatever of experience Knight had in our system.
