Where was Meachum?

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Was he covered man to man? Either way, he was mister invisible Saturday. 5 catches for like 43 yards. Without Colston, and Thomas, the pass stats would have been way worse than they were....

Re: Where was Meachum?

IT wasn't about meschum. Brees got picked off and the Oline didn't protect brees.

Re: Where was Meachum?

Ok, due to the recent trends of finger pointing, let me explain the question: I'm not saying that anything was his fault, I was just wondering who was covering him, to keep him that wrapped up all day....

Re: Where was Meachum?

5 catches for 43 yards is hardly invisible. Below his average yes, but not invisible.

I'm kinda surprised he caught 5 passes considering it was Brees' worst game of the season and our O-line's worst game of the season.

Re: Where was Meachum?

How could Brees throw it to him when he couldn't even see him?

Re: Where was Meachum?

Well thank u pak. I apologize to u, oops, I mean you, B and G, saints nation, my elementary school
spelling teacher, obama, and Jesus, for spelling his name wrong. I will say twenty Hail
Mary's, and never let it happen again. The fact that u put it in bold, just shows me that
you care about my feelings I guess.
