If we finish in the top four, we cannot sign any free-agents unless we lose one. If we only lose 2 free-agents, we can only sign 2.

If we finish top 8, we cannot start signing free-agents until we lose our 1st one.

WTF? Is this for real? I knew the uncapped year would affect us but I didn't know it would be this radical. I guess we better get to cutting players now.
