Well congratulations, now you can stop whining about Deuce throwing away the football game. All they did was put an injured backup defensive tackle on injured reserve, we're losing nothing whatsoever -- this move can ONLY help. You don't like Deuce, that's fine, but if you've got nothing good to say; don't say anything at all.

If he upgrades special teams, that would be huge. It would definitely be a momentum changer if he broke a run or carried a pile. That's a demoralizing prospect.

If nothing, it energizes all those players who are nervous seeing a friend and proven performer line up next to them.

Yes, I was being pretty far-fetched thinking of Deuce at TE or DE. Odds are he won't be active this soon anyway, if at all this post-season. But being a Saints fan, I never say never.

Maybe this is all just a conspiracy to distract me at work on a Fri afternoon :-p.
