Saints were hardly at full steam for that game. They were about as worn out as they had been all season and lost to a good team that was backed into a corner and needed a win more than we did.

We lost to Dallas, but we beat better teams during the season.

I agree that the two Zona DBs going down helped the Saints, but they don't block for Warner and they don't cover on punts.

Respect doesn't win football games... players do. And good coaching does. Someone may have to excuse me here, but in the matchup of Brad Childress vs. Sean Payton, I'll take Payton any time.

Most sports pundits are trying to sucker the line down so they make more money on their bets. Publicly advocate for the Vikes while placing money on the Saints. Drives money the wrong direction, and helps Vegas recoup all the money lost on Saints lines early in the season.

Another point on the Dallas game, which has been pointed out about a thousand times, is that we came out completely flat in that game, for the first 3 quarters. And still came back in the fourth to bring it within a touchdown. In fact, if it hadn't been for the defense in the second half of that game, the score would have been alot more one sided.

Before someone points it out, I KNOW that I blamed the defense for that loss. I still do to a degree, in respect to the first half, but I came to my senses on the second. :)
