check out Electric Ladyland Tattoo on Frenchmen St.
They've been voted Best in N.O. for at least a few years.

Also, I prefer the bars on Frenchmen St. to just about anything Bourbon St. has to offer: dba, Cafe Negril, The Spotted Cat.

If the Saints win the Super Bowl, I'm getting a tat. I think that's everyone's Super Bowl promise. I've been wanting another one for a while, this is just an excuse to stop putting it off.
