There is no strip attempt in most of those body hurls. I guess they want the pretty airborne picture on the cover of Si.
For those Saints who forgot how to tackle: Put your face mask in his numbers and try to push his sternum through his spine, simultaneously trying to grab your face mask as it protrudes out of his back. If you can manage a ever so slight lifting action while you are doing this I feel you will notice a lack of first down. If that is too much to handle. Watch Fujita for a while. |

Re: My X-factor
They kill me with that poor tackling sh!t. Popping a guy, falling to the ground, and hoping the runner decides to fall down too. We have to make tackles and not let guys get away like we did with AP two weeks ago. When we catch someone behind the line of scrimmage, we ned to close the deal. When receivers make a catch, the play needs to end right there. Knocking the ball loose or trying to create turnovers is one thing, giving up 7-15 yards after touch is totally something else. Allowing potential 3 yard losses to become 11 yard gains will change the outcome of the contest. If we tackle well, we will win.

Re: My X-factor
I know this sounds crazy. But My x-factor is Lance Moore. if he comes out healthy i dont think the defense will know how to defend him. They have to watch Colston,Meachem, and Henderson at all times.

Re: My X-factor
The "x" factor will be the defensive game plan that Greg Williams implements, I really don't believe that he will blitz manning all game long and leave single coverages in the secondary.
