I agree on the speed of McCray. That guy looks like a locomotive coming off the side, where as Grant looks like an overweight Rhino, tripping over his own feet. I appreciate what Grant did for the team, the same way I appreciated the things my girlfriend in 12th grade did. It was awesome THEN, but luckily all these years later, I have moved on....

I don't know if he has any value, but I think it would be a good idea to trade him if possible. I think the Redskins might be the best partner. Haslett is the new defensive coordinator there, and they're supposedly moving to a 3-4 scheme. I think Grant would be really good as a 3-4 outside lineman. He has the size and strength to handle it, and could really free up a quick linebacker to make plays.
