Is it me or does Drew seem to get caught-up in disputes regarding money frequently?

Didn't he have some dispute with his own mother over money? I mean...how much is enough?

Why allow another company to collect millions on your product and leave you face down in the dirt to get raped?
Reebok would have done the samething to drew brees two folds had it been one of their trademarks or products he was selling.
And he sued his mom because she used his name and his popularity, and photo's for candidacy for a Texas appeals court.
He didn't want to be involved in her politics and had told her many times to stop before he moved in to force her to stop, he felt he was being misrepresented on her behalf.
He know his way around the low as well as the field he grew up and was raised by a lawyer.
