Just proves how screwed up the system is. Sort of like plaxico doing time for accidentally shooting himself, while jayson williams kills a man, tries to cover it up, and years later has still not served a day in prison.

As with all things I would like to know the rest of the story- It does say this was not his first time getting busted for the same offense - HOw many other times was he busted before they hit him with this??
