Shockey's contract situation...

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but didn't we sign him to an extension last year? If not, then what is his current contract, and when does it end? He's another guy, that we need to lock up, for the duration of his career in my opinion.

If he could find a way to stay healthy.

When is the last time we drafted a GOOD TE that stayed with the team for awhile?

It might be time to look into that realm of getting a TE.

And he'll get his bonus, there's no Shockey Contract news circulating that i know of.. we've got him locked in.

Shockey for two more seasons is about right. No sense in extending him at this point.

I wasn't a big fan of the Shockey trade. But, he has shut me up very nicely.
