I just hope we have better luck with our 2nd, and 3rd rounders this year, than we did last year. Both those guys from Wake, seemed to be hurt before the season even started. Although, the same thing happened to Meach, and look how he's come up since.

Its our biggest need..a true run stuffer,,,and get sharper resigned..then pickup a DE and LB ..

I tossed the coin (DT/DE), it fell on DE. Our biggest need is up front; which includes our linebackers. Our DB's had to provide way too much run support and stayed beat-up all season long. Vilma was the only mainstay we had. The others were either inconsistent or hurt half of the time. We've got to do a better job of stopping/slowing the run and closing the deal when we get a team in 3rd and long. Run stop was fine when Ellis suited up. Even when he didn't make the play, he allowed others to. Young power rusher at DE and some quickness to compliment Vilma at the linebacker position. That would lessen the effect of how we get re-mixed or matched across the back.
