Ok everyone, who do we want?
I think Philip Rivers is playing the best at quarterback in the college ranks right now. I have no idea on a coach, but I think Lovie Smith could be a good candidate, or the defensive coordinator at Carolina. |

You know, of course, Jim Haslett was considered a pretty good defensive coordinator with the Steelers. Maybe we need to look for someone with a clue about offense. There really haven\'t been that many defensive guys recently that have been successful as head coaches, with the exception of Billichick at New England.

I know but I\'m looking at it from the perspective of winning a Super Bowl. All of the most recent Super Bowl winning coaches with the exception of Billichick have been offensive-minded guys. Shanahan, Holmgren, Billick, Gruden, etc, all offensive. Granted, defense wins championships but for some reason it seems that defensive coordintors don\'t make very good head coaches insofar as getting to the Super Bowl and actually winning the thing.

Al Saunders the OC of Kansas City. Mike Hiemerdinger the OC of the Titans. In the college ranks you have Jim Tressel, Nick Saban and Willingham. Personally, I like David Rivers and Eli Manning. You have to think that the Saints would love to have Manning, if not for ticket sales alone. This is a strong draft for lb\'s. Dansby from Auburn would be a good choice. Unfortunately, it\'s a weak draft for corners, so we may have to go free agency with a Shawn Springs or Fred Smoot.
