All you Haynesworth hangers on can forget about it. Not happening. Strief, Bushrod, Brown all in last years of contracts so you can expect one or two of those three to be bye bye next year.
Can't say I like the pick but I want to win short term and Loomis and Payton are paid to think long term. They are following the Colts Patriots model.
sounds a lot like nicks.......graded out real high but dropped because of a stupid reason

sounds like they were very high on this kid.....this is where the saints are good at drafting

when good picks fall.....the saints are good at finding them

Thus, the Haynesworth/Brown trade, still in the mix. They have a plan guys, and I think that this trade is it.

Isn't it against league rules, to say anything about a trade, before it actually happens? I'm pretty sure it is. They will deny it, until it happens, and then they will say something like, "Well, the possibility was always there, but nothing was ironed out yet."

NFL Videos: 2010 Draft Vignettes - Charles Brown, USC

looks like hes a great pass protector.....seems to need a little work in run blocking and tends to lean too much when moving forward

very quick feet and very good drop step

im excited about this pick now even tho i think it was a terrible pick in itself.....but the kid can ball

One thing I'll say for the Saints, their drafts are always interesting.

After talking to my sources I am 99.9% sure Haynesworth will never be a Saint. Conspiracy theorists will hang on here Im sure. I understand why and agree with you but it just ain't happenin.
