Is this the BPA strategy?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; .. it's the Cheech & Chong Draft Strategy. They pass the bong around, and whoever has the bong when the pick comes up, he/she gets to pick the player. Then they all giggle and scarf down Cheetos, but not Coach ...
