Hulka, I cant wait to drive thru NWLA with my vehicle all Saints'ed up.

All those years I was up there. They looked at me funny.

I cant wait to go to Natchitoches.

Well, let's see.....was it a rodeo in....hmmmm...maybe in Hum..... no can't be. Was it in Hou.....nah. Can't think of a place that has a large rodeo.

Actually, Yat, most people dont know this, but a lot of major cities have rodeos, even San Francisco. (jokes withheld) The biggest event in the sport is in Calgary. Of course we are more familiar with the PRCA Finals, which is Rodeo's "super bowl" in Vegas.

You got it, though. Charlie Pride recorded his cover of Hank's "Kaw Liga" at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo in ? 1969? Could be '68. You can hear the crowd in the recording. I was there, as a little kid, and vividly remember the Astrodome that night.
