So who here actually likes the new OT rule?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I still say play a 7 minute quarter just like it was regulation. If the receiving team can hold on to the ball for 7 minutes more power to them but for the most part this should allow for each ...

I still say play a 7 minute quarter just like it was regulation. If the receiving team can hold on to the ball for 7 minutes more power to them but for the most part this should allow for each team to have 1 possession. After the 7 minutes if the score is still tied the game ends in a tie unless it is the playoffs and then you continue the same format. Just my opinion.
