Better that he stinks in mini camp than in regular season practice. I hope that this just drives him to become better by working harder.

Indeed. His work ethic was one of the knocks on him coming out of college. I'm not taking anything away from Bobby Bowden, because he was a great coach, but I do think he got a little soft on the "coaching up" of his players the longer he stayed at FSU. GW won't be soft on anyone. I'm surprised that he doesn't have Brees out there blitzing himself.
