Saints waive injured RB Lynell Hamilton; sign LB Harry Coleman

Don't worry guys, waiving Hamilton is just a formality the Saints have to go through. The way I understand it, is players with 3 years or less in the NFL must pass through waivers if hurt during the offseason before they can be brought back and officially placed on IR. Since Hamilton is an unknown, and injured, he will probably be back in a couple days and placed on IR.

Arnoux actually sat out the afternoon practice with a thin walking boot on his right leg...deja vu' much?
