Sounds like the play where Tebucky Jones missed a chance to tackle Warrick Dunn on his 69-yard TD run (or so I hear-- I didn\'t see the play). I\'m still waiting for Jones to step up and make some plays. Anybody think we don\'t hear his name because offenses are running plays away from him, or is it because he\'s really not getting the job done? (I hear Darrin Smith also missed a tackle on that play, but I\'m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt because he\'s played pretty well otherwise, and because we didn\'t make him the highest paid player at his position in the NFL.)

Sammy Knight used to be my favorite Saints player (now it has to be Deuce), but if he was too old and slow, then I guess he needed to go. Bellamy seems to be thriving at strong safety, but I don\'t think we\'ve upgraded the free safety position. Here\'s hoping Jones can develop (soon) into the kind of playmaker this defense needs. Seems like he\'s never going to get many interceoptions, though. I heard on WJBO that he can\'t catch even in practice.

Same old problem for Sammy. If the QB buys a second or two more time, his lack of speed can be exploited, and it was.
I liked Sammy, but it was time for him to go.
