I like the fact that we face two top notch defenses like Minny and San Fran early. This will test our offense, force Payton and the players to execute a very effecient and effective game plan to make scores. It will pay dividends as we start to face less dominating defenses.
Although San Fran has come a long way back to respectability (kinda threw up a bit saying that), their offense still is a big question and I don't think they are any better than Minnesota in that area. In fact they are much like Minny. Solid o-line, decent run game, dangerous TE and questions at WR and QB all kept in games by a tough defense. Once again we match up well against this. If our defense plays the same we win this one with or without the offense catching fire. If we get on a roll offensively then San Fran doesn't have the ability to shoot with us. |

Yea, i agree we have plenty of time, but im just use to our 40 point offense from last year

Oh and Jenkins!!!!!!!!! He really stepped up, i was so happy with that he is going to be a beast in a few years.

Yeah, we're usually good about not dropping many balls. I guess you can attribute some of it to rust and opening night. Hopefully we don't see that sort of stuff for the rest of the season.

Breesus completed over 75% of his passes ... the drops were ominous, of course. Imagine his completion rate if they actually catch those drops.
