Saints Defense Top 10?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; A little too early for me to say. I'm happy the defense held, but I also saw Adrian Peterson run through the defense like a hot knife in warm butter. The Vikes started passing toward the end of the game ...

A little too early for me to say. I'm happy the defense held, but I also saw Adrian Peterson run through the defense like a hot knife in warm butter. The Vikes started passing toward the end of the game and couldn't get it done (props to the LB, DB's and S). It makes me nervous to think what could have happened if they kept using AP and started running more play action.
I think the defense will be better than last years, but stopping the run is still yet to be determined. The good news is that we don't face AP every week. |
