That last tweet about Bush should have read "it's frustrating but it'll be less time than everybody thinks."

If "less time" he means more time, then yes, less time. 6 weeks minimum before running. 8 weeks before contact, 9th week in. So yes, 9 weeks is less than 6 weeks.

On the other hand it could take more time.
