Hopefully, this loss will ground some of the players and get them to work harder. Our previous two wins were not pretty. Offense needs to step it up and start putting more points on the board. Defense needs to be more consistent. And, obviously, special teams has their own issues to sort out as well.
The season is still young. |

An early season loss to a divisional rival is more of a slap in the face to the team than us.
It will prove to be motivation for the Saints, is my guess. |

Don't beat yourself up, Dub. It happens to the best of us.
Just be glad we lost early in the season, and not during the playoffs, when it actually matters. We will bounce back and destroy the Panthers next week. Who Dat! |

I'm personally more bummed about the injuries than the loss.
The Falcons are not slouches, we played bad, and our kicker blew a FG my old fat #$#@ could have made. We'll get them next time when its on national TV and means more... |

Hey Dub, I'm having a pitty party and your invited. It's BYOW (Bring Your Own Whaaaaaaa). Dude, you're a fan of the World Champs. Wipe the blood of your face tighten your chin strap and get out on that field and hit somebody. This is FOOTBALL, not Best In Show. We've got too much season left for you to be getting down this early.
