Makes you wonder how PT and Reggie are both doing.

When? He sucked in Dallas and was even worse in Seattle. I dont see why we dont re sign Stecker. He worked out for us a couple of weeks ago and Paytons said he looked good, he knows our system, and was very servicable in the past. Yea he is old but not for a back who has been on 2nd or 3rd string his entire career.

Maybe Deshawyn Wynn should get his fair share of carries, think hes like a 3rd or 4th year back and has good toughness. Betts played good to begin with, but really screwed up after that. If pierre can't go, lets see what wynn can do

Julius Jones will be about the 6th or 7th running back we've looked at since camp opened. Maybe one of these guys guys can move the chains and stay off the IR. He needs to be a patient runner because our Oline takes a moment to get things happening. That's why PT is such a good runner for us.

When I 1st saw the thread, my initial reaction was disappointment.
But the FO must know what he's doing. I figure.. 1. Its probably just for 1 or 2 weeks 2. He may be familiar with the system we run 3. He may be the healthiest RB out there that we could sign based on 1 and 2. |
