Can't think of anything I'd rather NOT talk about now than this! WTF?!

You couldn't trade me the next entire first round of draft-pick rookies for Payton and Brees. Let Dallas keep building. They build it just to tear it down. Remember Jimmy Johnson?! Jerry Jones doesn't want only winning, he wants a hobby team to keep building and destroying. Like a spoiled-azz kid after a perfect Christmas.

To me, this team just doesn't feel that fragile that it could be broken up overnight. If we play it right, we get a repeat in Super Bowl 45. That is a reality right now. No fool in his right mind would break that up until the gas runs out on its own.

Sean ain't going nowhere..... and

Before we crown Gruden, how soon we forget. His Oakland team crumbled even before the superbowl they made it to ever happened, and he bales for greener pastures and Tony Dungy's team. His superbowl can be attributed to Dungy a hell of a lot,

Trust me I like Gruden, but History shows us these coaches, Switser, Gruden aren't built to last

Before you toss the idea about Gruden we need to make sure all the facts on that is laid out..

The fresh Grudenless Raiders went to the Superbowl the Same year he took Tony Dungy's Superbowl Team there, So he should get 1 1/2 credit for Superbowls if we're going to say he took Tony Dungy's team to the Superbowl, can't be a hypocrite about one and not the other.. Both teams he was involved with..

When he left the Raiders they were on the up and up they... well went to the Superbowl, after he left is when the franchise went into a downward spiral, the coach that took the reign after him lost the locker room, the ownership lost the confidence and the raiders lost the fight, they had to rebuild, they were also a very aging team when Gruden left..

Gruden was selected by the buc's because Bill Parcel's debacle, he told Tampa he was going to coach for them and then bailed out at the very last few weeks before training camp was going to start, Buc's scrambled, they went after the most successful coach that had an expiring contract and Gruden took them up on that very expensive offer, they had no choice but to pay top dollar and offer trades they knew would eventually cripple the Buc's for a few years but was willing to sacrifice it, Buc's was about to start the season without a Head Coach.

You can say Buc's bought themselves a Superbowl, it's what i've said for a long time, they dropped Dungy because he just always fell short, and they were looking for someone to light an extra fire under that team, it worked, it was either going to be Bill or Gruden both Fire cracker coaches.

Raiders failed themselves, Gruden did nothing to cause that failure..
Now the Buc's after the Superbowl might be more of Grudens fault, he didn't want a GM, and when they did hire a GM he controlled that GM so in essence the hired GM was basically a Gruden puppet but if things didn't pan out the hired puppet served as a buffer for Gruden.... Buc's finally decided it was time to let him go as well eventually and just rebuild.

I think that would already be the case, if it weren't for that silly rule that says the owner can't be the head coach.

Give that man an inch and he'll take a mile. Then screw it up and turn it into meters or something.

Guys, I might be in a minority with this, and that is fine by me, but I think whoever came up with this whole idea, needs to be driven down to Tiajauna, at 3:30 a.m. in the morning, and dropped off, and left. This is a subject that shouldn't even be discussed right now. Are you serious? We are the defending superbowl champions, we are deadlocked at the top of the division, looking at a major fight for supremacy with the Falcons, and a possible repeat for the the Lombardi, and we are actually discussing getting draft picks for the man who led us there, and which coach we want to replace him, all based on an IF.... I'm going to borrow a line from someone I CANNOT BELIEVE I'M MIMICKING.... but maybe some of our so-called "fans", need to be traded, because this just isn't talk for someone who loves this team. The best way to kill a rattlesnake, is to cut off the head. I like our rattlesnake just the way it is.

What's popular is not always right, and what's right is not always popular.....
