Saints injury updates

All these came from KFFL
Looks like were getting a few guys back for Atlanta

Saints | Hodge Injury Update

Updating previous reports, Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints LB Sedrick Hodge (leg) is expected to return to full-time work this week after practicing on a limited basis the previous two weeks while recovering from a hairline fracture in his right leg suffered in Week 2. Hodge expects to play in the Saints next game Sunday, Nov. 16, against the Atlanta Falcons and may step into the starting strong-side linebacker spot now that LB Darrin Smith is slowed by a hamstring injury.

Updating previous reports, Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints LB Darrin Smith (hamstring) left the Saints game Sunday, Nov. 2, with a strained right hamstring. The injury is not considered severe but Smith will probably be held out of practice this week and will be re-evaluated next week He said he expects to play in the Saints next game Sunday, Nov. 16, against the Atlanta Falcons.


Saints | Howard Injury Update

Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints DE Darren Howard (wrist) is eligible to return to practice this week after having pins removed from his fractured right wrist last week. Saints head coach Jim Haslett said Howard would practice on a limited basis in individual drills this week, and that he hopes Howard can practice full-time next week. His status for the Nov. 16 game against the Atlanta Falcons is still pending.


Saints | Stallworth Injury Update

Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints WR Donte Stallworth (thigh) should be healthy enough to play in the Saints next game Sunday, Nov. 16, against the Atlanta Falcons. Stallworth did not play in Week 9 because of a strained left thigh muscle.



Saints | D. Carter Hobbled

Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints CB Dale Carter (quadriceps) left the Saints game Sunday, Nov. 2, with a left quad injury. The injury is not considered severe, but Carter will probably be held out of practice this week, before being re-evaluated next week. He is listed as day-to-day and will most likely play in the Saints next game Sunday, Nov. 16, against the Atlanta Falcons.



Saints | Bentley Dinged

Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints RG LeCharles Bentley (knee) left the Saints game Sunday, Nov. 2, with a hyper extended left knee. The injury is not considered severe, but Bentley will probably be held out of practice this week, before being re-evaluated next week. He said he expects to play in the Saints next game Sunday, Nov. 16, against the Atlanta Falcons.
