this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I thought they were very good. I really like that combo. Buck is the new Al Michaels and Aikman is extremely knowledgable and as smooth as glass. I can't think of a better combo calling games right now. Well, the ...

I can't think of a better combo calling games right now. Well, the MNF crew is pretty good too.

I think the Monday Night Crew are the best announcers right now, I love the fact that Jon Gruden is there because he is a real smart guy, takes the role of the play by play analyst. Mike Tirico and Ron J do a good job of Hyping up big plays, just listen to the Commentary of Jabari's pick 6 last year, i loved it

Agreed. I don't feel like Aikman is a homer at all. I've heard Joe Buck called a poor man's Costas. That's about right. Joe and Troy are fine with me.

I love me some Theismann and Billick.

Mike Tirico is one of the best at what he does. Very sharp and articulate.
I was impressed at the World Cup games in South Africa. He interviewed people regarding apartheid and the stories they told were amazing and emotional and he was solid. Something about it impressed the heck out of me.
