what is "strength of victory?" Is that like college football where they give you Style Points?

I am going to assume that means Point Margin between common games.

I.E. We beat Tampa 31-6, Atlanta beat them 27-21.. We had a 25 point margin thus a larger Strength of Victory.

Keep in mind, that only comes into play if everything above it is a dead tie.
