I have to believe that every Saints player takes every game seriously and I do believe that SP and GW do as well. As I said before, the December month this year is our hardest month with two games being played outside in very cold weather. Hope that Brees has been practicing in a storage freezer because this is the first of the December games in which we need to prove that we are NOT a one hit wonder.

Bungals are tough and this is a hard game for us to win. On the road is always tough. i just hope that their depleted secondary is favorable for us

Reasons we could lose:
#1- Weather is going to be cold and wet. Passing numbers will be way down if we can't get the run going. #2- Bengals have beaten us the last 3 times. #3- We SHOULD win this one in a walk...which means it will be close. Reasons we WILL win: #1- Saints are now on a roll to the post season and playing better ball than the first half of the season #2- Our D vs. their O wins any day of the week. #3- We have Drew Brees, SI Sportsman of the Year! We win in a close one Saints 24, Bengals 17 |

Since the weather may neutralize Brees and the WRs, it is a good thing the Saints have 4 RBs they can rotate in and out and not have to rely on one like some teams and get him banged up for the playoffs!
If the run game produces, it may keep the Mighty Wizard from repeating the mistakes in the '06 NFCC game. |

Welcome Whodat656. I got a soft spot for NWLA WhoDats, as I've spent some time in the woods. Keep representing!
Strato, I play Ohio Players all the time. Bengals? This would have all the ingredients for an upset of us, if we're not in top form. The Bengals are a nuclear explosion waiting to happen, but honestly, I think we faced better receivers in Dallas. We've got to have our jocks on straight, and be aggressive and make good decisions. One thing I think will keep us focused is our de-facto 2 game trail of the Falcons. |
