When do you guys want on?

1. After we beat the Eagles?
2. After we beat the Redskins?
3. After we make the playoffs?

No beverages (08er-aid, WhoTang) allowed on the bandwagon.

The sooner you get on the better seat you will have -- :D

You haven\'t given away my luxury box on that wagon did you. I bought that ticket last year and don\'t wanna see some Johnny come lately try to boot me out.

On a serious note:

Should win:
At Wash
At Jax
Dallas

Should Lose:
at Philly

Toss-ups:
NYG
TB

If we split the toss-ups we\'ll go 4-2.
But with Tampa and NYG imploding, we just might take both and finish 5-1.

IF WE DO BEAT PHILLY, THERE WILL BE STANDING ROOM ONLY ON THAT BANDWAGON!

Ya know, 08 isn\'t such a bad \'ol fella. Maybe we can just let him run along side the bandwagon so he can jump on and off as he feels necessary.

That is funny. I still think we have a shot at the playoffs, however if I was going to place money on the issue I\'d bet against the Saints. Billy, I\'m sure, would bet in favor of Aaron Brooks and those other bums he\'s carrying.

You see, if we do make the playoffs, Billy will pound his chest and talk about how he knew it all along and how he was right and we were wrong and that\'s why he\'s a better fan... blah, blah, blah.

If we don\'t make the playoffs, Billy won\'t admit to being flat wrong about his 12-4 prediction, or tell anyone that his optimism was unfounded. No, instead he\'ll play the martyr and ask why he should apologize for believing in this team. He will also continue to defend Haslett (Aaron\'s dad, by the way) tooth and nail until the Saints eventually go 1-15. Then he\'ll know it\'s time for a change. LMAO.

It\'s a joke B, don\'t go getting your panties in a wad.

Optimism unfounded? Hmmm...... Well, it ain\'t much fun sitting down to watch the games thinking they are losers. Every year I will be optimistic that the Saints will go to the playoffs. Why? Because just look around at the NFL. You can take everything you thought you knew about who is gonna make it to the playoffs and throw it out the window. Now, that\'s reality. Looks like even the Bengals might make it to the playoff. Then there\'s the mighty Bucs, who probably won\'t make it.

There is no way to accurately pick who is going to the playoffs. So, why would any fan want to be pessimistic about the Saints not making it to the playoffs before the season ever starts. I know you analyze everything before the season starts and can find reasons why they won\'t make it. My advice to you is -- You ain\'t good enough to be making those predictions. No one can !! So, you might as well believe.

But, I know all of you are TRUE Saints fans. I\'m learning to deal with the negitivity. It doesn\'t make you any less of a fan. But, it does give me a better seat on the bandwagon, since I was on from the beginning --LOL

Gator -- I will get off the bandwagon when the Saints are officially out of the playoff race. I\'ll go on record right now and say I want the WHOLE coaching staff back next year. I like Haz. Always have. That\'s a whole other subject though. One I\'m sure will be brought up soon enough.

WhoDat -- I might pound my chest just a little. Because, I sure got my skull pounded in f or reamaining optimistic when the Saints started 1-4. I almost lost faith though.

I ain\'t never gonna get off the Bandwagon. To heck with all of ya. Hop on and hop off if you have problems internally. Fine by me. If the Saints fail to make the playoffs I\'ll just keep the horses in a trot and I\'ll drive it around in little circles \'til next seasonl. My faith in the Atlanta Braves through the lean years in the late 70\'s and all through the 80\'s was rewarded 100 fold. My perisitance will be rewarded where the Saints are concerned soon enough. I\'ll be careful tho to steer clear of those passed out in the middle of the street on 08er-aid and who tang. When they sober up I\'ll slow down long enough to let \'em back on.

:P

We\'ll put it back together Gatorman, eventually. Will you be wanting on then? Your history indicates you will. Most everyone will be welcome to return...some will be charged more than others. Me thinks you\'ll be in the \"higher than most\" bracket.

Hey, I was NEVER on the BillyC and Saintfan bandwagon. I said that they had a chance, which technically they still do. However, I\'ve got no misconceptions. We COULD have won that game, but everything YOU said Gator is right. Teams like ours don\'t make the playoffs. See my other posts from today and the last two months. Nothing will change. Everyone will forgive Haslett when the Saints end up 7-9 or 8-8 b/c they ALMOST made it. Give him 9-7 and he\'ll get two more years out of it. As a result, my prediction for this team is 7-9 or 8-8 until they prove me wrong.

And I\'ll bet you something else. Even if this team ends up 5-11, Billy\'s prediction for next season will be 12-4, 13-3, and he\'ll call anyone who disagrees crazy.
