We will be back, and I honestly think we could be back in the SB. An entire off- season, get healthy, get a real running back, keep ivory, bye bush and PT ( as long as bush doesn't hurt our cap more to let him go). Get another quality DT in FA. Get JC back at LB, and we will be better. If we have a running game- we are going back to the SB next season.

Man, f' that! I don't care if ALL our Superbowl wins come off of number 1 seedings and we never win a road playoff game. I just want those Lombardi's sitting in the Superdome! The almighty Patriots only have one road win in their Superbowl runs, and that was against Pitt in Big Ben's rookie year. If we get that number one seed, we do NOT have to apologize for being the best regular season team that year.

I'd loved to win, but honestly I think this is the best thing that could have happened to us in the long run. If losing to the Seahawks doesn't motivate us, nothing will. We were playing on the edge too long all year.
