I still think we have to either draft a RB, or go after a big name in free agency. Our running game was pathetic this year, and that HAS to be addressed, if this team is planning on going deeper into the playoffs next year.

I think he feels he is under utilized in his role as decoy....but he hasn't risen to any occasion to prove he should be utilized for anymore than a smoke screen.

He's not getting enough carries. Thats how I see it atleast. Most RBs need more than 4 carries to get into a rythm. I'll still point at the Bucs game and say "look what he did with more carries than usual".

Anyone who really believes Reggie Bush is going to stay with the Saints for 2-3 mill per year is crazy. I could see cutting him and bringing him back for that amount if the open market fails him, but he is not going to take THAT kind of cut willingly.

Why is Bush always saying "IF given the opportunity..."
To me that's like saying he's not happy with his role in the offense. He needs to make the most of his opportunities when he's given them. |

Bush will test the market. I just don't see another team out there that will pay him what he thinks he is worth. I don't think there is a team out there that can afford to throw the money train at just one player.
If he stays for less money, then fine. If he goes elsewhere....that's fine too. |

Hopefully it's about winning rings and not buying them. |
