With Jeff Fisher out as coach of the Tennessee Titans, Gregg Williams’ name is being tossed around as a possible replacement. There’s some logic in that because the New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator has deep ties to that franchise. Williams was an assistant there starting in 1990 when it was still the Houston Oilers, until 2000. He left to become the head coach in Buffalo and remains a popular figure in Tennessee.
