It's been reported that the Saints have done a 1st round tender on Tackle Carl Nicks.

Nicks has a nasty streak in him that is good for the offensive line. I'm happy with him.

Just wonder why Loomis didn't do the 1st and 3rd tender, like he did with Jahri Evans last offseason?

They could still match any offer (depending on what happens with the CBA).

In fact, all of this may be for naught. We will have to wait and see.
