Hey does anyone know if Dale has been working out to stay in shape while he was out and if so is he ready to play or about how long will it be until he is ready.

I\'m not much of a betting man, but I\'d bet on this. He\'ll be ready for the Panthers.

Dale has been working out and is in game shape. I am a betting man I have 10-1 says he plays sunday

dale carter could have been out of football for 3 years and still be in good enough shape to play the sorry panthers

I read he has been working with a personel trainer and his brother Jake. Also when he joined the Vikings after sitting a a year and a half, he still was one of the top DB\'s in the game. Dale is ready willing and certainly able.
