I think the old man has one more season left in him, I say for sure bring him back. Great insurance and I am sure the Saints would be able to work him into a suitable role.

Depth, experience, and leadership on the cheap. Another 1 year deal.
Sharper has lost a step on his break to the ball...the mind is willing... If we are not loaded up front, the result will be the same. We have to force teams into 2nd/3rd and long all day. That's when we will excel on defense. Top 10 gives us another Superbowl. |

I'll bet we persue a younger free agent or two who'll give us more than Darren could.
Darren's leadership may be reason one we keep him though. But I'm not sure how much else Jenkins can learn from him now. |
