Funny thing is Jenkins ain't holding the spot for Sharper, it's Jenkins spot.

Love the depth though, whether we need coverage help, or wanna blitz the qb, or need run support its nice to know we gonna have to healthy safeties to do it!

The Saints defense is going run over everyone in its path this season. A healthy Darren Sharper, an improved Patrick Robinson, the awesome Malcolm Jenkins, the usually steady and reliable Jabari Greer, the excellent Tracy Porter, and the addition of Shawn Rogers and Cameron Jordan should make our defense feared througout the league!

Super Bowl here we come!

Sharper looked old and slow last year... he just wasn't making plays. And if he's not forcing turnovers, he's no good to this defense. Let's move on and get younger. It's Malcolm time baby.

I say he's still a reliable #2 behind Jenkins. Just in case the injury bug bites Malcolm this year

Come on back but hang onto Young just in case he can't make it.

If we can get Sharper back for the same price as last year, I would love the depth. Jenkins is going to start, the D played too damn good with him in. Plus keeping sharper allows the saints to have depth and adds toys for Greg Williams!

Not to mention experience and good leadership in the locker room for our up and coming pro bowler.

If he's healthy and back in form, then I can only see pluses for keeping him.
