Harper made himself a starter.....he's still there because GW likes him. I do agree that he is a bit of a liability in coverage. But his main job is to tackle around the line of scrimmage. You've got to admit 9 game balls is pretty good.

I always liked Harper because he was a hard hitter and pretty much a sure tackler. He's not perfect. I remember us running circles around Palamalou so I guess he is a bad safty too.

Harper is great against the run but, a liability in the pass game. The only problem I have with him on the list is the fact he is ranked above Malcolm Jenkins. The is laughable.
