I think the Patrick pick is due to two things
Insurance - you can never have too many DB's on your roster Grooming him into a nickel CB - Randall gay and Leigh Torrance aren't the youngest or most dominant nickel CB's, pat Robinson is still the starter at that position, but ive heard that johnny Patrick is great on special teams coverage and is a pretty good kick returner aswell, this pick is pretty solid if you ask me. |
