The Saints have the talent on offense to do it, as shown by their 45-point performance on Sunday Night Football against the Giants. The offensive talent this team possesses is amazing. QB Aaron Brooks has Pro Bowl potential, while WRs Donte Stallworth, Joe Horn and Jerome Pathon are a great trio. Heading up this impressive group is RB Deuce McAllister, who already has rushed for over 1,500 yards this season.

If not for one or two plays in a few games, this team has the potential to be 13-1, even with its patched up defensive unit. But despite the mistakes that have plagued this team in crunch time, the Saints' game versus the Cowboys to end the season looms large for both teams. That game could very well determine which team receives the last Wild Card berth.

To Theismann\'s credit (and, perhaps, his DIScredit) he always has positive things to say about anyone. Just last week he praised Delhomme as a great quarterback that didn\'t get enough time with the Saints and could lead the Panthers somewhere.

However the Panthers have said he\'s not the answer.

LOL! One former-QB praises us and we are drinking it up! We\'ve all been reading the opinions of various experts all year and in about 85% of those opinions, our Saints are not regarded very highly. But let ol\' Joe say something good about us, WOOHOO we MUST BE GREAT!

Sunday night was probably the second time this year Theisman saw a Saints game. Just looking at that game you might say that the Saints could have gone 13-1, but not if you\'ve seen some of the losses. IMO he simply doesn\'t know what he\'s talking about, because he normally doesn\'t give a rat\'s ass about the Saints.
He calls it like he sees it and he\'s okay as a commentator, but more often than not he hasn\'t done his homework.

Did anyone else notice that he called Rick Venturi, Ken Venturi? I thought we had changed our defensive Co-ordinator.
