Filed to ESPN: two sides agreed to new Rookie Pay System. Still i's to dot, t's to cross on rookie system, but it's not impediment to deal.

How do you attach the big red "BREAKIN NEWS-" thingy?

I was as certain as I could be that this would drag into the season...I would have bet any of you a hundred bucks.

It's not over yet, but I'm happy to be wrong in this case. Lets play some damn ball.
