Also Shanle has turned on Brees.
Shanle just tweeted this: - SaintsReport Community Forums

What a sad say it is to be a Saints fan.
1stly, hate to admit it but if it were any other qb in the league we would be saying the same thing. if your mom is a prostitute she is still a whore. i agree with whoever said that about why we didnt want him to be involved to begin with. why should he get preferential treatment? believe me i hope the guy retires here but just because he got involved shouldnt exempt him from reality and/or what every other player is subject to.

2ndly, i wish shanle would go play in traffic. i hope that just sealed his fate as a saint and loomis shoves his foot so far up his @$$ that he can taste the dog $h!t on the sole.

EXACTLY!!!

Same with Bush, if he were a Falcon we'd be ridiculing them daily.
Same with Morstead, if Atlanta burned 2 picks on a punter, we'd be LOMFAO at them!

I'm not saying I don't rag on other teams players a bit unfairly at times, its fan nature. And besides, teams like Atlanta deserve it.

Jerry Kramer is a ballsy SOB too. I don't hear many wanting him on their side.

I prefer my QB simply shut up and play football.

Because it annoys you.

Not harping, just illustrating the hypocrisy.

We tolerate a lot more BS from our own popular players than players of other teams. I think its funny. If Joe Horn spent his career elsewhere 90% of Saints fans would despise him.

This is just leverage incase an extension isn't reached and he hits the free agent market when his contract is up. He's just leveling the playing field. He's not going anywhere and I don't know what the fuss is all about.

Does Peyton Manning want out of Indy? I am going to answer my own question. NO.

Drew Brees will be in the same position in 2012 as Manning is in now.

Manning will sign a large contract with the Colts when the lockout ends (even with his off-season neck surgery). Brees will do the same with the Saints. I really don't see any cause for alarm.

Its all totally clear now. Payton moves to Dallas, and is seen hanging with Dallas players. Payton and JJ have a handshake deal for Payton to coach the Cowboys next year.....and bring Brees with him. Its a total Willie Beeman Any Given Sunday deal. If Brees gets what he wants he can walk after next season and go with Payton to Dallas. These guys have been planning this all along. You read it here first....

Yall are losing yall's mind if you think any of that has to do with the players wanting out of there current teams.

All that it means is that those players don't want to be stuck playing for the average of the top 5 players at their position for the year.

Honestly I don't blame them they are all trying to one up themselves to be the highest paid player in the league.

Think about it... That is a year they won't be or delay being the highest paid player in the league. That is all it really means. IF they really want out they can be franchised only so many times then they have to be a FA under the current.

I am not losing sleep over that and its so petty it won't become apart of the final deal... I'd put money on it.
